By using the CubeBase Trading Engine (hereinafter referred to as the Trading Engine or alternatively the Engine), the software that powers the Trading Engine, and its platform, you acknowledge and agree that the risks with any and all investments made therein are at your sole discretion and hence, your sole responsibility.
By using the Trading Engine you disclaim any and all liability of your losses or potential losses on the part of CubeBase Token as a project and additionally, disclaim liability of any of the individual members, holders or team members behind the project.

Furthermore, CubeBase does not guarantee profits in any amount on any investment or transaction individually or in the aggregate.
Any tutorials, demonstrations or examples of the Engine returning profits or showing potential profits of the trading engine are not guaranteed for everyone or anyone individually. Results can and will vary with individual users and the expectation of success should not be assumed.

Finally, by utilizing the Trading Engine, you acknowledge the risks inherent in crypto and cannot hold CubeBase liable for any scams or scammers who may try to exploit your user information.
Additionally, you acknowledge that you will take all measures under your power to keep your profile and wallets secure and will not hold CubeBase liable for any hack, scam or exploitation of your funds due to your own carelessness.

Modification of Terms and Conditions

CubeBase specifically reserves the right to alter and modify these terms and conditions as appropriate for the continued operation of The Engine and to accommodate its users as needed.

Termination of Users Access and Freezing Assets

Any individual discovered using The Engine for illegal or illicit purposes or transacting with The Engine with funds obtained in violation of law will have their funds frozen and law enforcement will be notified.
CubeBase Token and the Trading Engine are not intended to be used to facilitate or support any illegal or illicit activity and any users or members violating this provision will be suspended from being able to use or access the Trading Engine.
Furthermore, violation of the terms herein or attempting to subvert the requirements of the Trading Engine can and will result in the suspension of your profile and you will lose access to the Trading Engine and use thereof.

Updates and Maintenance

CubeBase may need to provide periodic maintenance and updates to the Trading Engine and there may be brief periods where users are not able to transact or make trades with The Engine. CubeBase is not liable for any disruption or loss nor loss of opportunity as a result of updates and maintenance.

Deposits and withdrawals

Withradwing your holdings from CubeBase Trading Engine will require a minimum holding of 100$ and a withdrawal fee of 16$ (these fees will be updated constantly due to gas fees transfers).

By agreeing to use the Trading Engine you affirm that you have thoroughly read and understand these terms and that you consent that the use of this software and the platform which it powers is at your own risk. It’s crypto, risk is inherent.
